After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five dead bodies among the illicit cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests and goes undercover as an agent for an international drug cartel from Los Angeles (Brian Le) to dig deep into Bangkok’s criminal underworld.
